Parts Co-ordinator – Ongoing Temporary – Immediate StartI am absolutely delighted to be recruiting for my Client based in Dewsbury for an experienced Parts Co-ordinator to join them initially on an ongoing temporary basis, however this may lead to permanent position for the right Candidate.The nature of the role requires someone who is experienced in stock/parts control and understands the inventory processes within a Service/Sales business.Duties;To manage all aspects of parts inventory and assist the Service/Sales departments to achieve their primary function of delivering very high standards of customer service to all our customersPrepare inventory shipping and receiving records both manually and electronicallyLoad all parts movements, vendor parts purchases onto Company IT systemCommunicate with vendors to procure parts by telephone and electronic formatResponsible for customer, internal & external Engineer enquires on a day to day basis, ensuring parts turnaround time is kept to a minimumProvide full back up and support for Service/Sales department in supplying prices and availability for estimate preparationRaise purchase orders numbers for sourcing third party parts from vendorsMonitor location stock min/max stocking levelsMonitoring common fast moving parts enabling the service department to achieve its KPI for first time fixPack and unpack parts shipped via internal and externalCompetent in IT including Word, ExcelThe successful candidate will be experienced, motivated and highly organised.Applicants must be able to start work immediately.This position initially is offered on an ongoing long-term temporary role, however for the right Candidate a permanent contract may be offered.Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 0800 – 1700An annual salary of between £22,000 – £25,000 will be offered (hourly equivalent)
